Zeren Wilson has worked in the wine trade for ten years, most recently selling wine to many of London's finest restaurants. He has also poured wine in London as a sommelier, judged wine lists for The Good Food Guide, and worked a harvest in Sonoma County, California. His particular areas of interest are Burgundy, Piemonte, German Riesling and the wines of Northern California.
He now writes on restaurants and wine for several publications and has appeared in the Evening Standard Food magazine, The London Magazine, Completely London and contributes regular food and wine matches for industry magazine Caterer.
